Most of the condos available for sale are relatively new, and can include such ammenities such as fitness centers, pools, spa, concierge, valet parking and security screened entry. The ammenities included at each building will vary depending on what the homeowners and facilities permit.

Pets are allowed at all the facilities, but weight restrictions may apply and vary by building.

Home owners association may vary by floor, and/or square footage of the unit.

Water is usually included in the home owners association fee as well as maintainance of the common areas such as the pools, fitness centers and the like.

Condo hotels have restrictions as to how long you want to stay, and will not allow you to stay for extended periods of time. Most condo hotels may allow you to remove the unit from the rentable units, but those that don't you may be restricted to as little as 30 days in the unit at a time.

Most High rise condominiums in Las Vegas have natural stone countertops, many have high end appliances, some units such as those that are condo hotels may be fully furnished, even if they are foreclosed units.
