Why you may not find it

Today's technology offers a great deal of information and options when searching for a home, and recent changes to distribution rights give agents and owners even more control over where the homes are distibuted to.

Reality is that there is only one source for homes, the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). All properties from other sites come from the distribution methods used by companies, this results in delayed information distribution. In the best case non mls sites upload within a day, and in the worse case within weeks. This lag in time is one of the reasons that some properties are available at one site and not yet at another. You may be looking at a sold home and think you found your perfect home.

Our system notifies you the moment properties that meet your criteria are available for purchase, all properties from all agencies even the ones not allowed for distribution.

Outside websites do not show you all available homes because agents can and do block distribution of the homes to the sites from within the MLS. Even the best known sites can and are blocked. This is why you go different sites and see different properties in the same area.
